Your new role
This is a broad office manager position covering office administration, health and safety and finance. Responsibilities range from managing all employee files, office consumables and supplies, supporting company website updates, managing staff and subcontractor training schedules, supporting ongoing client projects, ensuring all subcontractor documentation is current and accurate, as well as supporting the finance team, allocating supplier invoices, chasing customer payments and producing accurate management reports.

You will need to be an experienced office manager with strong knowledge of finance specifically, as you\’ll be working closely with the company accountant. Good communication skills and the ability to multitask is essential.
