As the Assistant Regional Trade Manager for the US and UK markets, you will be responsible for providing insight and analytics on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to senior leadership. Your role will help inform trading actions and ensure the achievement of business targets. You will analyze key performance drivers such as traffic, conversion, and sales. This is a high-impact role where your market insights will be crucial in identifying risks and opportunities within the financial plan and responding effectively to changes in customer behavior and business priorities.
The Details
- Provide insight and analytics on US and UK sales performance.
- Set up, optimize, and support ad-hoc analysis; share insights to understand under/overperforming KPIs.
- Support the Regional Trade Manager in executing bespoke digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with US digital trading and planning teams to identify opportunities for improving trading KPIs and customer experience.
- Assist the Regional Trade Manager/Head of Department with sales forecasting insights.
- Offer insights and recommendations on local markets and competitors, including ongoing analysis of their propositions and trading rhythms.
- Stay updated on regional innovations in ecommerce, online fashion retailing, and logistics, and assess their impact on trade performance.
- Work with UK and US digital trading and planning teams to enhance trading KPIs and customer experience.

About You
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, or Analytical roles is preferred.
- SQL and Power BI experience is advantageous.
