Overview
Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Blackburn as we recruit a Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Responsibilities
- Register customers and carry out property matches for sales properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is not essential for this post as full training will be given; however we will be requiring relevant transferable skills in customer service, sales and targeted environments.
In Return We Offer
- On Target Earnings (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 per annum
- 6 months guaranteed commission pay
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based. Due to the expected high level of applications, we cannot unfortunately respond to them all.
