Engineering Verification and Certification Lead

Location: Stevenage (relocation support available)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid – typically three days per week on-site.

Role Overview: This role involves leading assurance and compliance strategies while managing projects to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery. You will be part of a collaborative team, committed to maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the verification and certification process, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Manage and report on work packages, ensuring efficient progress and communication.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop testing methodologies for environmental, EMC, and electronic functionality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements in integration and validation processes.
• Play a key role in delivering successful engineering programmes through effective leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven expertise in verification and certification processes.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies for environmental, EMC, and electronic functionality requirements.
• Experience managing work packages, with a track record of delivering on time.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electronics technologies and products would be advantageous.
