As an SEN Teacher, you will be… · Leading and planning inventive and engaging classes for students with SEND. · Working one-to-one with students with behavioural challenges, such as Autism and SEMH. · Creating personalised targets and assessments for each student. · Working collaboratively with other members of staff as part of a team. · Mitigating any behavioural challenges. · Building rapport and relationships with students to create encouraging learning environment.
