Location: North Sales Team (Remote with occasional visit to regional offices in Carlisle or Glasgow)

What we’re looking for
We’re after a proven sales professional who can confidently sell multi-product technology solutions, build strong client relationships, and close impactful deals. You’ll be responsible for winning new business and growing your portfolio of accounts—owning the entire 360 sales cycle.

What will you do?
As a Business Development Manager, you\’ll play a pivotal role in driving new revenue and supporting long-term customer success through tailored tech solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Winning new business through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Building and owning long-term relationships with your customers
- Leading client meetings—both face-to-face and virtually—to pitch bespoke solutions
- Cross-selling and up-selling across our full product suite
- Negotiating contracts and managing the full sales cycle
- Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
