We are looking for a passionate and elevated Bridal Stylist to join our Client’s wonderful team in their London Boutique. Through your rich knowledge and deep understanding of bridal – you will provide personalised and seamless experiences that leave every Client feeling uniquely beautiful and confident as they walk the aisle.
The Role:
- Curating personalised appointments and styling sessions
- Developing an in-depth understanding of all bridal collections, designers, fabrics, silhouettes, and construction details to confidently advise clients
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to overall boutique targets
- Styling brides from head to toe, cross selling to complete whole looks
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and unforgettable experience for every bride, ensuring their journey is joyful and stress-free
- Building strong, lasting relationships with brides, ensuring follow-up communication
- Maintaining the immaculate presentation of the boutique and fitting rooms, ensuring a beautiful and inviting atmosphere
- Assisting with the organisation and displaying gowns, ensuring they are well-maintained and presented
- Managing appointment scheduling, updating client records, processing sales transactions, and handling general office duties efficiently
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive customer experience
About You:
- A bridal or fashion retail background is advantageous, but not essential
- You MUST be passionate, enthusiastic, and reliable
- A strong understanding and proficiency in computer systems for administrative tasks is essential
- A genuine passion for people, fashion, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Effective organisational and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, charismatic, and personable attitude
- A positive, can-do mindset, always eager to learn and grow
The Package:
- £28k – £31k basic per annum + Commission (up to £50k OTE)
