Position: Customer Service Partner (CSP) – Audiology Domiciliary

Salary: £35k Basic + £5k car allowance alongside 30% of the business profit as dividends

About the Domiciliary Business

Geographically you will work over a set ‘territory’, with the ability to shape your clinics and scheduling through the local administration team and through your commitment to the highest service and professional standards, you will be able to build lasting relationships with existing and new customers to continually add value and grow your business.
Requirements of the role
You will bring strong leaderships skills and business acumen to this role. We will help you develop your skills in Audiology through the Audiology Practitioner role, you’ll also need to share the Specsavers ethos. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a Customer Service Expert/Retailer who prides themselves in their delivery of excellence, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team and the local community. In summary, you’ll be a highly skilled Customer Service Expert or Retailer willing and able to help drive the business forward.
Development for role
To fulfil this role, you will be required to complete the Audiology Practitioner course within 12 months. This means you will be a non-registered trained clinician able to work under the delegated authority and supervision of a named Hearing-Aid Dispenser, undertaking a range of clinical activities along the audiology customer pathway.
