We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Workers, providing 24/7 person-centred support. Your role will focus on empowering people with care needs to live independently in their communities, using a strength-based approach that enhances lives and promotes positive outcomes.
Key duties include visiting individuals in their homes to deliver personal care and fostering a homely environment that encourages independent living. You will work flexibly, collaborating with integrated services and other professionals to ensure the wellbeing and independence of those you support.

About You
We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable Home Carer to support adults in social care, helping them maintain independence and dignity. This role involves delivering high-quality care while building strong relationships with individuals, families, and professionals in a community-based setting.
You will be responsible for working both independently and as part of a supportive team, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed to a high standard. A key focus of the role is assisting individuals to live as independently as possible while respecting their rights to privacy and confidentiality. You will also be required to manage written records accurately and maintain a strong awareness of equality issues, incorporating them into your daily practice.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the needs of adults in social care, along with a QCF Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or a willingness to achieve it within 12 months. The role requires the ability to undertake manual handling tasks and travel across the borough. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves working shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English
