- You will be responsible for managing Asset Protection measures to strengthen (or otherwise mitigate) 3rd party assets, which will be adversely affected by any project activities
- Identify and monitor all project-interfacing third-party assets requirements
- Arrange for the protection and/or diversion of utility services affected by the project
- Liaise with Design teams to determine the Zone of Influence for the project and communicate with relevant affected parties
- Collect details of likely movements, mitigation measures and agree these with asset owners
- Prepare and implement an appropriate Settlement Control and Monitoring Plan
- Review Designer’s Ground movement assessments and Monitoring Action Plans
- Arrange for the implementation of ground movement monitoring, where required
- Collate all required pre and post construction condition surveys, and any additional interim surveys
- Identify requirements for structural condition surveys
- Liaise with property owners, asset owners, council officials and other stakeholders to arrange surveys and obtain confirmation that the survey outputs are agreed prior to commencement of associated construction activity
- Coordinate with the Design and Construction teams to ensure all the deliverables are in place in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the consents team to ensure discharge of planning conditions
- Maintain an accurate programme of required interfaces and approvals with third parties
- Liaise with I&M team to ensure consistent approach and correct implementation of design requirements
- Liaise with Surveying team to ensure site inspections are executed as per the design.
- Review results of ongoing monitoring and act on any required actions
- Raise non-conformances taking immediate corrective action whenever possible
- Review Method Statements and procedures for site based activities
- Assist with preparation and procurement of sub-contractors as required
- Maintain good community and Third Party relations.

Qualifications
- HNC or HND (or equivalent) or a fully recorded vocational training to an equivalent level (Mining Qualifications Board; Mine
- Surveyors Certificate or similar) may be acceptable where a significant level of experience in a technical engineering role can be demonstrated
- Experience in a similar role within the construction or mining industries
- Membership of an appropriate Professional body
- National Water Hygiene EUSR Registration
