We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the day-to-day operations of the main reception at our secure business park. This is a key role representing the first impression of the organisation and ensuring a welcoming, professional and efficient service for all visitors, contractors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional \’Front of House\’ experience to all guests and personnel
* Manage the issue of Access ID cards in accordance with authorisation protocols
* Process visitor access and support additional access requests
* Liaise with other site receptions to ensure coordinated operations
* Support on-site service requests and access control updates
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
* Monitor and manage stationery and office supplies
* Provide audit data as required by management
About You
* Previous experience in a customer-facing reception or front-of-house role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
* Professional, proactive and conscientious
* Experience with access control systems is desirable
* NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services is a plus but not essential
