We’re on the lookout for an experienced and personable Executive Assistant to join a highly respected and modern organisation in Uxbridge on an 18-month fixed-term contract. With a strong chance of becoming permanent, this newly created role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting several senior-level individuals and teams. You\’ll be joining a vibrant team in a hybrid working setup (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and enjoy an impressive package of benefits. What’s in it for you? * Salary up to £40,000 * 29 days holiday Bank Holidays * 36-hour working week * Wellbeing allowance * Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 remote) * Modern offices and collaborative culture The Role: This role will see you acting as a trusted right hand to C-suite executives and working closely with a senior EA. Your duties will include: * Providing high-level support to senior stakeholders and charity boards * Acting as a gatekeeper alongside the Senior EA * Preparing, editing, and collating reports and documentation * Coordinating diary and travel arrangements * Liaising with charity trustees and stakeholders * Tracking invoices and handling expense claims * Supporting the CFO and COO with ad hoc projects * Taking minutes during meetings and maintaining accurate records * Managing content and updates on SharePoint What We’re Looking For: * Extensive Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting board-level individuals * Excellent organisation and multitasking ability * Proven experience with board/committee support and minute-taking * Familiarity with SharePoint and financial admin (expenses, tracking invoices) * Professional, confident, and collaborative approach * Available to start by early September 2025 What You Need to Do Now: If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, then apply today!
