Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Assemly Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment while ensuring optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, along with excellent customer service skills. This role requires the ability to work with schematics and logic controllers, as well as experience in supervising and leading a small team when necessary. Responsibilities * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment. * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively. * Assemble industrial products according to specified guidelines * Cut measure and assemble fittings, and related components. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly. * Conduct quality checks on products produced. * Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory. * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency. Experience * Proven mechanical knowledge with a strong understanding of electrical systems. * Familiarity with logic controllers is highly desirable. * Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous. * Leadership experience in supervising teams or projects is a plus. * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong logical reasoning skills.
