About The Role
As a Housekeeper at RedCat, you’re a vital part of creating a memorable guest experience. You take pride in presenting rooms and public areas to the highest standard—fresh, spotless, and welcoming. Whether it’s a quick turnaround or a deep clean, your eye for detail ensures every space looks perfect and feels inviting.
You’ll work independently and as part of the housekeeping team, managing your daily tasks efficiently while following RedCat’s cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures. You understand that your work directly impacts guest satisfaction, and you approach every shift with energy, care, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Room Preparation – Clean, refresh, and prepare guest rooms to company standards.
- Attention to Detail – Ensure all areas, from bathrooms to bedding, meet high presentation and hygiene expectations.
- Public Areas – Keep communal spaces, corridors, and facilities clean and welcoming.
- Efficiency – Manage time effectively to complete tasks within set deadlines.
- Guest Interaction – Greet guests warmly and assist with requests when needed.
- Safety & Hygiene – Follow all health, safety, and COSHH procedures, reporting any issues promptly.
- Stock Control – Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and room amenities.
- Teamwork – Support colleagues to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.
