Bushey United Synagogue is looking for a creative, motivated, and well-organised Youth Leader to join our vibrant community. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by delivering engaging and meaningful programming for youth aged 11–18. Working alongside our current Youth Director, you’ll help create a warm, inclusive, and fun environment that resonates with young people from diverse backgrounds and levels of observance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support weekday youth programming
  • Occasionally assist with Shabbat and High Holy Day (Yamim Noraim) activities
  • Build strong relationships with youth and their families
  • Bring energy, creativity, and Jewish values to everything you do

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic and approachable personality
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A passion for Jewish youth engagement
  • Experience working with young people is a plus
