MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Grayshott, Hampshire, to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a contractual basis.
Details:
- Available as soon as possible.
- 8-9 month fixed-term maternity contract.
- Independent, private practice environment.
- Full or part-time opportunity – 3-5 days per week.
- Working days & hours are flexible – to be discussed.
- Up to £35k per annum depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ dental practice management experience.
- Hold a valid DBS.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the effective growth, development, and daily operations of the practice.
- Include marketing, patient feedback, staff development, HR duties, compliance, increasing private revenue, finance, managing KPIs & practice budgets.
- Be patient-oriented, self-motivated, and an inspirational team leader.
