We\’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Photographer to join our in-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment, leading photography projects for some of the most coveted beauty brands in the industry.
Key responsibilities:
Photography & Creative Execution
- Lead the photography of high-quality product imagery for e-commerce, and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the Studio Manager/Product Art Director to execute creative briefs, delivering visually engaging photography for makeup and skincare brands.
- Innovate and experiment with new techniques, lighting setups and creative concepts to elevate the brands image.
- We are looking for someone who has the ability to shoot model campaigns, adding additional versatility to the teams capabilities.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Manage and mentor a small team of mid/junior photographers
- Inspire and motivate the team to deliver consistently high quality work under tight deadlines.
- Oversee day to day operations of the photography team
- Collaborate with retouchers and the production team
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as senior level photographer specializing in product and e-commerce, ideally within the beauty, fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in shooting makeup, skincare or similar products.
- Ability to retouch your own work to a high standard when required would be a bonus but not essential
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One
