Our established M&E services installer is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager. The role will suit a Contracts Manager who has proven experience / success in running and completing of multiple projects, developing/maintaining relationships with Clients and working collaboratively with other departments internally such as the commercial team. Salary: Β£65K pa depending on relevant industry experience Location: Rochester Sites: London, mainly based within M25 Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8am to 5pm 1 hour lunch break Benefits: 21 days leave + BH contributory pension scheme, free parking No hybrid working available Contracts Manager Qualifications/Skills/Experience required: * 5 yearsβ experience in a management role of a similar nature * HNC/HND in Mechanical Services or similar * Practical experience/skills certified (to include plumbing * CSCS, * First Aid * SMSTS * Highly computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc. * Methodical and organized * Strong leadership skills * Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving * Meticulous β detail orientated * Strong communicator, both verbally & in writing * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask * Self-motivated * Trustworthy * A level of commercial awareness * Good understanding of mechanical services industry and associated materials
