HR Coordinator We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator on a temporary contract initially for 3 months on behalf of an industry leader based in Worcester city centre. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis (37.5 hours pw). The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be a confident communicator. Duties will include (but not limited to): Dealing with the end-to-end employee lifecycle Managing the HR inbox and dealing with front line queries on HR policy, benefits and pay Utilising iTrent to issue offer letters and contracts Advising payroll of any changes to salaries Signposting queries to the HR Advisory team as required Ensuring all HR documentation is stored currently in line with GDPR Conducting onboarding checks for new starters, including references and right to work Experience required: High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment Working hours: Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
