Furthermore, appearance signifies a polite, helpful disposition and being attentive to both customers and to colleagues: group work is carried out within the boutique which, under the coordination of the Store Manager, follows all of the necessary activities to provide customers with an experience of excellence.
The elements needed to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, aesthetics and philosophy are provided each season, in order to allow the Sales Associate to competently follow and guide the customer through the collection, to trying on and the selection. It is necessary to adhere to a service of sales, which renders our store experience unique and which demonstrates the special attention that accompanies our business from the creation of the collection all the way to the final presentation.
Managing the working environment not only includes the appearance in the boutique, the relationship with the customers and conducting sales transactions, but also provides for looking after visual displays: within the store as well as the window displays, both for daily placements and for periodical dressings and amendments. Moreover, managing includes organised administration of the warehouse and inventory, so that the supply and availability responds to an orderly and clear criterion, in absolute support of the communication with customers and the company.

We are looking for a Sales Associate who can join our boutique in Sloane Street.
For the role of Sales Associate we are seeking a candidate who combines professional expertise and enthusiasm with courteous and helpful communication skills. A candidate who is careful to illustrate the signature quality of the workmanship and materials, in order to be able to guide the client through the particular style of the brand and the seasonal proposals, maintaining the discretion of the company philosophy.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have up to 2 years experience in Retail, in addition to fluent proficiency in English. The knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
