Our client is seeking a Talent Influencer Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of influencer marketing, building brand buzz with culturally relevant, talent-led campaigns that resonate with fashion-loving 20-somethings.
The Role:
Are you immersed in pop culture, trends, and emerging talent? Do you have a knack for spotting opportunities with culturally relevant talent such as Bemi Orojuogun and Bách? As a Talent Executive, you will:
- Source and manage talent across social campaigns, ensuring the brand stays front and centre of entertainment content.
- Collaborate on social brand content featuring talent across social channels.
- Help shape how the company works with influencers, celebrities, and content creators, driving brand growth with engaging, talent-led campaigns.
- Build relationships with talent and ensure their experience working with the brand is exceptional, fostering long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the senior team in driving the development and roll-out of the company\’s talent and social franchise, managing multiple briefs each month.
- Collaborate with the social team on innovative content ideas that are forward-thinking and will set the brand apart from competitors.
- Manage relationships with a broad network of industry contacts, including talent and model agents, influencers, VIPs, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the content approach aligns with the target audience.
- Support end-to-end talent management and administration, including but not limited to talent briefing, negotiation, deal closure, contracting, reporting, and ensuring all content is posted on schedule.
- Understand the needs of each project to identify and present fresh, relevant talent aligned with the brand to key stakeholders.
- Develop and present talent decks for each project.
- Regularly update and maintain internal talent documents and decks.
- Utilise the talent management platform to ensure all content briefs are serviced and administered through the relevant business tools.
- Support business reporting on talent-led activations that contribute to the wider marketing function.
- Manage third-party brand briefs and client expectations while ensuring the casting aligns with the company’s brand identity.
- Work with the legal team to support talent-specific contract templates and ensure all talent deliverables are appropriately contracted.
- Ensure all talent partnerships comply with legal guidelines provided by the legal team.
- Liaise with colleagues at all levels internally and externally to ensure proactive and effective delivery of department and function-related processes and project briefs.
- Support the senior team with analytical post-campaign business reporting on talent-led activations that support the wider marketing function.
- Coordinate budgets with the internal IP team and core project teams to ensure budget spending remains within forecasts.
- Act as a constant champion for talent within the business, keeping an eye on competitor activity.
- Attend brand-led talent events as a representative of the company.
Who We’re Looking For:
- An enthusiastic team player with a genuine obsession for all things content-related, especially in the realms of VIPs, talent, and content creators.
- A passion and interest in fashion, social entertainment, and talent.
- Existing relationships and contacts within the VIP, influencer, talent, and talent management/agency space.
- Experience working directly with influencers, talent, and agents across a variety of project briefs, ranging from organic to sponsored.
- A creative thinker who recognises trends early and has a knack for identifying new and emerging talent.
- Negotiation experience is preferred.
- A solid understanding of social media landscapes, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Fully immersed in youth culture, the creator economy, and digital trends.
- A real interest in the development of digital media and social media landscapes.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to act as an ambassador for the brand in all capacities.
