Mondrian Alpha are partnering exclusively with a boutique investment firm, helping them secure a Property Director to lead the development and strategic management of their high-end residential property portfolio.
The role will report directly to the principal of the investment firm and work with the COO and CFO. This is a rare opportunity to shape and oversee a globally portfolio of high-value assets and support with end-to-end development projects. In this, you will work with outsourced
partners including construction heads, architects, and building consultants to manage every step of the developments. You will also be responsible for managing a dynamic portfolio spanning the UK, Western Europe, and South America, encompassing large estate, high-end residential assets, and agricultural properties. As the investment firm continues to grow, the scope of this role will evolve, offering a blend of strategic oversight, and hands-on leadership.
An ideal candidate will have a very strong academic background, 8+ years in an asset management/development role (not in an investment orientated role). It is important to be highly organised and be a strong communicator.
The firm are looking to offer a significant uplift on total compensation for the successful candidate (the firm has a highly flexible and generous budget). They have industry leading benefits and office facilitates (including gym, canteen etc).
