Role Description:
- Oversee all phases of high-end residential development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial targets are met.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are understood and met, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds company standards and client expectations for luxury residential developments.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
- Must have UK experience.
- Must have project management experience in real estate development, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes, with the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis within the context of large-scale development projects.
