Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for guiding customers through a seamless and exceptional vehicle collection experience. Your responsibilities include managing key handovers, providing expert product guidance, and supporting site operations to uphold Tesla’s standards. Your role is vital in shaping the ownership journey by ensuring a smooth and memorable handover for every customer.

You will work as part of a larger sales and delivery team, collaborating flexibly on various tasks, and demonstrating a one-team mentality to meet sales and delivery targets.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional handover experience.
  • Conduct key vehicle handovers, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Guide customers on vehicle features and answer queries.
  • Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation at collection sites.
  • Assist in moving vehicles to designated areas.
  • Manage appointment flow to optimize efficiency and reduce wait times.
  • Support Tesla Direct deliveries when needed.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude, reflecting Tesla\’s values.

Additional Duties

  • Support sales and delivery needs flexibly.
  • Update customer details accurately in internal systems.
  • Share best practices across locations.
  • Educate customers about Tesla’s ecosystem and solutions.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including contracts and finance processes.
  • Perform other duties to support business operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Tesla’s products and clear communication skills.
  • Proactive with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
  • Passion for Tesla’s mission and customer experience.
  • Full UK driving licence for at least two years, with no penalty points.
