Description
Weβre looking for a passionate and organised Junior Lifestyle Content Manager to join our editorial team and support the creation and coordination of engaging lifestyle content across the Living and Life magazine brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in publishing while working across two national titles in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in commissioning lifestyle feature articles from freelance writers.
- Coordinate the content pipeline to ensure the timely delivery of articles and assets.
- Support editing and proofreading of commissioned content to meet brand guidelines.
- Liaise with internal editorial, design, and production teams to ensure a smooth content flow.
- Research and identify new freelance talent and third-party content sources.
- Maintain accurate records of commissioned content, invoices, and budgets.
- Use insights and data to support future content planning.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Some proven experience in a content, administrative, or publishing support role is desirable.
- A strong interest in magazine lifestyle content (e.g., food, fashion, homes, events, people).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with editorial calendars and content management systems is a plus.
- Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
