Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure the optimal use of Salesforce capabilities and alignment with our strategic goals. Reporting into the Global VP of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Architecture:

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce and its ecosystem.
• Provide expertise on Salesforce best practices and governance.

Technical Leadership:

• Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and others as applicable.
• Oversee the technical design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.
• Lead technical discussions, reviews, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Provide technical guidance and articulate the benefits and risks of Salesforce solutions.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions.

Development and Integration:

• Oversee and guide the development team in creating custom Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with third-party applications and systems.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce security, compliance, and data governance standards.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with industry best practices, organizational goals, and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and capabilities.
• Recommend and implement new tools or processes to enhance productivity and solution effectiveness.

Requirements :

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including architecture and solution design.
• Proven track record in implementing large-scale Salesforce projects in complex environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Expertise in data modeling, security, and platform customization.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., CI/CD, Git, Jenkins) and agile methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable.
