An excellent opportunity in the Doncaster area for a competent professional who can be trusted with the most confidential information. You must be excellent with organisational skills, time management and time-keeping, and strong administrative skills. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Administration * Manage the executive's diary by priority and urgency, * Manage inbound and outbound email, filtering for relevance and matters requiring personal attention from the concerned Director. * Provide support for meetings including preparing packs and agendas, arranging refreshments, taking minutes, noting action points and following them up * Prepare and submit executive expense claims Communication * Liaison with internal and external stakeholders * Arranging key internal & external events General * Complete ad-hoc assignments or research when required * Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations * Provide overall support for other senior managers as necessary * Any other duties as directed by the Managing Director. THE CANDIDATE: Qualification – Higher education or a combination of related work experience. Important Attributes – Degree qualified ideally – Chinese speaker preferred – Ethical, Assertive, Approachable, and Committed to the organisations. Technical Skills – Strong computer skills. Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office applications. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and system Other Essential Skills – Ability to keep company confidential information – Strong organisational skills. – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once – Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge Experience -5 years of relevant experience working as an EA or PA.
