William Grant & Sons are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join our established Business Support team, in the Global Marketing Team based in Richmond.

Main Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by building strong professional relationships with our Global Marketing Leadership team. Based at our Branded Business Units headquarters in Richmond, you will own effective diary management, book frequent local and international travel, and organise engaging off-site events for our business teams as well as support with general administrative tasks.

You will be proactive, organised, detail oriented. You will enjoy working with people and value building strong professional relationships. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and, ideally, have experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
