Hilton Antwerp Old Town is located in the iconic former Grand Bazar du Bon Marché building, recognized for its remarkable architecture, in the historic old town city-center of Antwerp. Since opening in 1993, the hotel has 210 spacious rooms in a classic style, including the prestigious “Royal Sinjoor” Duplex Suite. Our brasserie, Blend 32, welcomes guests from breakfast to dinner with refined dishes and drinks. The hotel also features 15 meeting and event spaces, including the Belle Epoque Ballroom, which can host up to 1,000 guests.
Your Role as Restaurant Chef/ Sous Chef in charge of Restaurant
As Restaurant Chef, you are the beating heart of our kitchen. You combine culinary creativity with leadership and organizational skills. You lead the kitchen team, ensure the quality of our dishes, and oversee smooth daily operations, stepping in for the Executive Chef when needed.
