Job Title: Operations Analyst – Reconciliation & Controls
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our investment operations team. This role will provide critical support across investor relations, finance, and fund management functions, with a particular focus on reconciliation and control processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage daily operational tasks while contributing to broader process improvements.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing daily cash and asset reconciliations with custodians and brokers, tracking trading activity, and reconciling profit and loss statements. You’ll also compare internal data with third-party administrators to ensure accuracy and consistency. As new funds are launched, you’ll play an integral part in preparing the operational infrastructure to ensure a smooth rollout. The ability to interpret complex investment structures and legal documents will be key, as will clear communication with both internal teams and external partners.
We’re looking for candidates with 1–3 years of financial services experience, ideally with exposure to bank loans. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required, along with a GPA of 3.25 or higher. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and familiarity with Advent Geneva or similar systems is preferred.
The right person for this position will be highly organized, resourceful, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of ownership over your work. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic investment environment while helping to strengthen operational processes that support the broader organization.
