About the Opportunity
As Sales and Governance coordinator, you would be responsible for supporting the Operational sales manager in delivering sales tenders throughout I&AS, ensuring Amentum governance procedures are followed by all. Organisation is a key part of this role to keep data and timeline deadlines on track. Tender administration and submission writing will be a large part of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the Operational Sales manager/Commercial Manager in the day to day management of Trackers, tenders and current projects;
- Develop robust and trusting relationships Project Managers and Clients;
- Take part in contract reviews;
- Prepare bid plans;
- Development of slide packs for governance ready to present to the business
- Preparation of standard documentation
- Preparation of tender documents
- Support to Project Managers/Project Engineers in resolving sales issues for the Client;
- Develop and manage the Risks and Opportunities Register;
- Provide robust and accurate data to feed into internal and external progress reporting;
- Gather lessons learnt report for future tendering activities.
