- Compensation based on a 37.5-hour work week, with additional hours as required.

Role Overview:
The Inside Sales & Service Specialist will play a pivotal role in increasing recurring revenue and maintaining robust professional relationships with customers, the sales team, and internal departments. Reporting to the National Sales & Service Manager, this role is integral to the Commercial department. Acting as the internal sales function the appointed person will be responsible for the support and maintenance of medical device service contracts used in NHS and private hospital market. This role focuses on the following product portfolio – A full respiratory diagnostics portfolio dealing with Spirometry, Single Breath CO Gas Transfer, Lung Volumes – Gas Dilution and Full Body Plethysmography, CPET & ECG.
Candidate Requirement-
Candidates will have experience of working in a sales position where they have been responsible for the promotion of service contracts to end users. While experience in the medical/NHS environment is advantageous it is not essential.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
– Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
