Package Description
ROLE: Support Worker
LOCATION: Craven Arms, Shropshire (SY7)
SALARY: £13.20 – £13.90* per hour
HOURS: 35 hours a week
SHIFTS: 7:00am – 2:00pm OR 2:00pm – 9:00pm OR 7:00am – 9:00pm.
UK drivers license with access to a vehicle is mandatory!
About Sunnydale
Sunnydale is a residential care home in Shropshire, supporting adults with Mental Health Needs. The home supports up to 10 adults.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in:
- Supporting the daily routines of the people we support.
- Promoting independence and helping them lead fulfilling lives.
- Encouraging development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Assisting with healthcare needs, including appointments and medication administration.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
- Providing personal care as needed.
- Helping with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
- Offering guidance and emotional support.
