THE ROLE

Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking for an Event Sales Manager to join their close-knit and friendly team to find the best leaders in the industry to attend their international events.

As Event Sales Manager your key responsibilities will include:

•Building and developing sales, recruitment, and account management strategies

•Maintaining relationships with the finest luxury hotels and top events companies

•Account managing and recruiting clients, partners, and suppliers

•Sourcing and recruiting senior-level events professionals

•Creating a feeling of membership with clientele

•Conducting proactive market research and identifying market changes

•Working across a broad range of geographical regions

•Developing reach and relationships across all key markets

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be an Event Sales Manager coming from within the events industry with an excellent track record in outbound sales. You will be highly organised and KPI-driven with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.
