Your role as an Employment Coordinator is to support people with barriers to work in making progress towards and achieving sustainable, well-paid employment.

Enable Works is the leading specialist provider of employability services for people with barriers to work. We believe every person in Scotland has the right to work in a high-quality and well-paid job.

We support over 7000 people annually across 30 Local Authorities to develop skills for employment.

We partner with thousands of employers to foster inclusive cultures and enhance the diversity of Scotland\’s workforce.
