We’re looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable Care Experts to join our Home Care team, based around Truro, with flexibility to support customers across Mid & West Cornwall.
No previous care experience? That’s absolutely fine. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build confidence and grow in your role.

What you’ll be doing
Every day is different, but your support will help people remain independent and safe at home. Your role will include:
Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, medication reminders)
Providing companionship – sometimes a friendly chat makes all the difference
Helping with everyday tasks such as shopping and light housework
Supporting customers with outings and activities so they can continue enjoying life
Location: Truro, with availability to cover Mid & West Cornwall

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
