Our fantastic independent pub in Wimbledon – The Old Frizzle – is looking for an Assistant Manager. OTE £35,920 – £38,920.
We\’re searching for a lively and authentic Assistant Manager to join us. The Old Frizzle is well-loved in the local community and is a vibrant pub.

- Previous relevant Supervisor/Assistant Manager experience in a pub, bar, or restaurant earning £15k+.
- Experience with food-led operations and outdoor/garden spaces is highly desirable. Experience with sport is a bonus.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fantastic, independent pub alongside an experienced General Manager and a brilliant team.
What We Are Offering
- A competitive salary ranging from £30,420 to £33,420 based on experience, plus tronc and bonus.
- Additional tronc/service payments, approximately £5.5K, with an OTE up to £38,920.
- Quarterly bonus plan of £700.
